Standard delivery: Delivered in 2 to 5 Business Days, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm
On Demand delivery: Nominate a date and time between Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Minimum 48 hours notice required.
Regional: 3-7 business days for delivery through Australia Post.

*If there is insufficient stock to fulfill your order, our customer service team will contact you regarding a substitution or to organise an alternate arrangement.
**If order placed after 2pm, it will be scheduled for the following day (e.g. an order placed at 4pm on Wednesday will be delivered on the Friday).

How do I know when my order has been despatched?

Our team will pick and despatch your product as quickly as possible. Once despatched, you will receive an email notification to let you know that your order is on its way. Please ensure Liquor Connection is added to your email address book otherwise your order confirmation may go through to your junk mail folder.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

If you haven't received your order within the timeframe for your selected delivery option listed above, please contact us;

What time will my delivery arrive?

Our delivery carriers will generally deliver during business hours before 5pm for Standard Deliveries, alternatively provide authority for us to leave it at a convenient location around your house/apartment (subject to availability in your state).

If you're concerned that you will not be available to receive your delivery during business hours we suggest, if possible, providing your work address as the delivery address or provide authority for us to leave it at a convenient location around your house/apartment.

What if I'm not available when my delivery arrives?

Please note that unattended liquor deliveries are not available in some locations within Australia or for the following order types;

Please note that deliveries may not occur at an unattended address if any of the following circumstances apply (as assessed by our delivery partners at the time of delivery);

The address is unclear, ambiguous or has a current re-direction or hold in place
There is a risk that minors may access the alcohol
The site cannot be safely accessed
There is no secure location to leave the goods
There is no suitable location to leave the goods that is not visible from the street or public view
There is a possibility the goods will be damaged (e.g. due to weather, interference, damage by pets etc.)

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order is despatched we'll email you a unique Consignment Number which will allow you to track the progress of your delivery online.

Use your unique tracking number to check out the date our parcel is expected to be delivered, along with the opportunity to choose other options such as how and where you would like to receive it.

Can I leave delivery instructions for my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot specify delivery instructions to the delivery partner. If you need to change the name or delivery address, please contact us!

Areas we don't currently service

We deliver almost everywhere in Australia, however there are some places our network doesn't extend to.

We can’t deliver to locations classified by state or territory governments as alcohol‑restricted areas, to Australian islands in international waters, or to other areas restricted under state or territory laws. Delivery availability is also determined in line with Coles Liquor’s responsible supply of alcohol policies and our commitment to harm minimisation.
